Why do you have seasonal prices?
We understand the pace of tourism in Costa Rica. Our pricing model is designed to support you, charging a reduced rate during the Green Season (May-November) so your fixed costs drop when your booking volume also decreases.
Can I change plans later?
Of course! You can upgrade from the "Independent Guide" plan to the "Small Team" plan at any time your operation needs.
Is the platform secure for receiving payments?
Absolutely. We use certified payment gateways that comply with the highest security standards (PCI), ensuring that both your information and your customers' information are always protected.
Who owns my customers' information?
You, always. The information about clients who book through your PiaWak profile is yours and yours alone. Our role is to be the tool that facilitates that connection and management, but we will never interfere with your relationship with them. We believe in empowering your business, not taking it over.
